The transfer from the airport to the remote location was short and comfortable and the service at the rental counter by Sarah Costa was exceptional. She was very cordial and efficient. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.
I had a great experience with National. They were super courteous. The rental was through my job so I had the Emerald experience. Water upon arrival and I was able to pick the car I wanted. How cool!I had been scheduled for the location 30 min away from the airport. I ended up having co-worker take me to pick the car up. My daughter used her credit card with her name on it, (still MY account) but they wouldn't let us rent a car because the name on the card did not match my driver's license. then when I told them I could look up my credit card info & give them my card info, they said it would not work because I did not have the physical card on me.

Walking straight to the Emerald Club row and choosing a car makes the process of renting a car a positive experience. Returning the car is a friendly and fast experience too. I highly recommend using the National app to make your reservations.

The option to walk down the row and pick out any car that’s there works great for me. I chose my car depending on how far I’m driving for that rental period. Sometimes it’s a intermediate car and others it’s a truck or van. It really makes a difference to me since they cost the same.
We reserved a Dodge Challenger or similar, they did not have it available. We got a full size sedan instead. Seems like with Covid there should be plenty of vehicles available. We were disappointed.
