I recently rented a full size SUV out of DFW. I screwed up and left my personal Garmin GPS suction cupped to the windshield. called the next day. registered lost item on line. not much of a reply for a several hundred dollars item. Doesn't National hire honest people?

RecommendedLove the ability to select cars except at your smaller locations. Areas of Improvement: Unless you get your invoice before you head to the airport you have a likely chance of getting someone else's charges. This happened recently in Pittsburgh and Dulles. LOL Try calling the local office to get it fixed...it doesn't happen because no one will answer the phone and good luck with all the prompts! And AMEX makes you go through hoops providing documentation that it isn't your change-very frustrating and time consuming. The other... read more
