We really appreciate the ease and comfort of renting from National, no lines, no waiting, simply go to the emerald aisle, choose the vehicle you like, start the engine and go!

Emerald club is AWESOME!!! You literally just walk past the counter, into the emerald aisle, get in a car and drive off. Best and easiest experience ever!!

Rented a car from DFW on Oct 21 to be returned to DFW. Nov 20. Revived a call from National saying they closed the contract because the car was due to be turned in in FLA on Nov 11. Then was told the car was reported stolen because it was not in FLA. After 4 days of being transferred from one department to another I finally got someone who has tried to help me. Renting a car is not rocket science

National is good but the cars coming out of DFW are dirty much of the time. My car this weekend had greasy food residue on the dash.

Emerald Club membership makes renting a snap. Recently traveled out of Boston Logan after landing during a peak period. Bypassed the counter. Emerald Isle was empty, but vehicles were quickly delivered. A couple minutes at the checkout booth, then quickly on my way. Return could not have been easier. The worst part of the experience is the super packed public shuttle bus between the airport and the rental counters. My National experience was excellent.

The selection of cars is good, especially the executive aisle. you can always count on an upgrade. However, two separate people at the exit gate had no idea what the "emerald checkout" feature was, kind of embarrassing if you ask me. I handed them the barcode on my phone to scan (which is never a problem anywhere else) and they were both baffled by it.

Yes, easy in and out of the Milwaukee airport but please clean the inside windshields (front and back) and give me a snow brush like you did the week before. 4 rentals in a row with dirty windows.
