Recommended2 out of 5 stars for DFW location on 10/16. NO CARS were available. Each customer had to wait for a single car to be brought to the front. This caused me to be late to an important client meeting.
RecommendedI love National whenever I arrive at an airport I go straight to the Aisle, jump in a car of my choice, drive to the gate and I am on the road in a matter of 15 minutes.

As usual, a terrific experience at the Emerald Aisle. However, I was told I was overcharged for my rental by customer service (I changed car class at the counter at pick up). When I called customer service, they said a manager would have to make the change, but I have yet to see a credit come through. I'm sure the change simply fell through the service cracks, but I expect more from National.

RecommendedI travel often for work and the last thing I want to do after a long flight is to wait in line for a rental car. National allows me to walk down the aisle, pick the car of my choice and drive off within minutes. I love National! I wish they had more local pick-up locations in my community.
