Received a call 2 days after returning the car that I never returned the car. Spoke to a National rep and he told me yes they did see where the car was returned. Received a call the very next day telling me the car would be reported stolen if I didn't return it. Explained to them a second time that I returned it. A couple of days later our service coordinator was told, yes the car was returned and the issue was because of a mix up in VIN numbers. National's Emerald Club makes it amazingly easy at both pick-up and drop off. I've never had a "Gotcha" experience where there was a surprise charge.
Excellent, quick, friendly service. One of the easiest airport facilities to get to, good signage.
