I had a great experience today in service with Joe. I had an odd experience when my car key broke in half today- the day before Thanksgiving. The service department went out of their way to get me back on the road as fast as possible, plus with a clean car! Thanks so much for making a stressful day much better. Plus Tom almost sold me on a new car. Thanks again.
The sales manager didn't know how to do the numbers right and was talking to me like I was a idiot well let's do the math here then so everyone can see. The Jetta they had was at a final sale price of 18,900 before tax and interest ok. With the tax added the total is 20,223 alright. With my apr at 28% the total is 25,885.44 financing it for 60 months would be 431.42 with no down payment ok then how the hell are they going to tell me financing it for 60 months with $1000 will have my payments from $552 - $578 for the payments... read more
They should be closed down. Is be embarrassed to conduct myself as a professional in the manner in which this company operates
All I can say is "Wow." For the first time in my LIFE, I was actually verbally abused by a dealership while asking for a more than reasonable ($1,000 LESS than trade for mine, $500 off their retail) deal to sign tonight. Can't imagine what would bring me back - ever. Really sad, since the guy who was taking care of me till the veteran salesman took over was super nice. If you're a masochist, Napleton may be the dealer for you.
Terrible buying experience. Very shady lending practices. Under trained employees. Buyer beware would not recommend at all!!@!!
Be careful, the customer service and willingness to satisfy the consumer is not there. To fix my issue which was was caused by them in the first place because of a bad repair they referred me to the 1800 number telling me they could not help me or wanted to charge me over $1200 for the same thing they where support to have fixed in the first place. might be a good buying experience but take your cars to get serviced somewhere else.
I've been coming here for years, and the service dpt. is the best! So friendly every time and takes good care of you!
Fantastic experience!! Such a quick and easy going trip from my trade in to driving off in my new Passat. I won't be needing a car for a long time so ill do the next best thing and refer. Thanks Colette and Courtney!!
