The salesman did not know much about the vehicles then he misinformed us about how many key fobs came with the remote start that we purchased at the time we bought the car. They ordered the wrong parts for the remote start so they had to keep the vehicle for more than a week while they waited on the new part to arrive. We were charged full price for a base model. We were told it had remote start through the app. (it doesn't) The sales guy was very nice but he doesn't know his own product. If I could do it again I would have got the Santa Fe next door instead.
