I send their live chat service a request for a quote on a routine service , to get a price on it. Waited 24 hours didn't hear anything, sent their live chat service another request, and they blew me off on it. In the mean time I was able to obtain a quote from 3 other dealers and shops all within a reasonable time frame. This job is over a thousand dollars that needs to be done, but it seems like they don't want my money there.

This past week I had the best car buying experience of my life. I was assisted by a man named Vincent; he was extremely knowledgable on all the cars on the lot as well as polite. He helped me get more than I was expecting on my trade it, on top of that got me in my dream car, a 2016 Volkswagen Passat. He is the hands down the best salesman on the lot.
