Service department is horrible; took over 5 hours to get simple oil change and 1 recall done; no explanation either. Feel bad for the numerous people waiting with me and the fact that no one left in under 2 hours....
What a great experience we had yesterday! The very first time we bought a far years ago at another dealership,we felt very pressured and taken advantage of as two girls buying a car. This time was so much better! Everyone was so nice, especially Billy! He was patient and honest and very friendly. Nobody was pushy or aggressive. We love love love our new car and will tell all of our friends to buy their cars here!
Jim and I had the absolute best experience at Aristocrat today. Dave Wallace was amazing in showing us different models and extremely patient. He was able to give us a deal too good to pass up. I LOVE our new Passat. Thank you!!!
