RecommendedPurchased my golf GTI from Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale and I’m very pleased with the car as well as the service department. They are on time and very professional.
Awful experience for something that was so simple. I had a 1:30 PM appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early, just for an oil change it took 2 1/2 hours!! I also was supposed to have my wiper blades changed but two hours later they let me know that they didn’t have the wiper blades. I was also taxed on about $150 bill even though my bill was only $65.99. Pretty sure that’s not legal since I only paid 65.99+ tax but I’ll leave that up to the IRS. I would highly recommend going anywhere except this place.
RecommendedThe whole process was seamless. Actually made buying a car enjoyable. There was no going back and forth a hundred times and I feel they gave me a great deal. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He was kind and respectful and followed up.

My daughter recently bought a vehicle from them and note to self don’t let your daughter in her early 20’s go there on her own! Way overcharged for a lot of extras she didn’t need and now is upside down on the vehicle! Completely took advantage of her! Thank goodness Finnin Kia could help her and get into a more affordable vehicle and help her start getting out of the situation!

**IF YOUR INTERESTED IN BUYING A USED CAR FROM HERE, READ THIS** Buyer be aware. Check your fluids before you leave. *Note that I purchased the vehicle as is and didn’t look at any fluids except for the oil. Lesson learnt. After arriving home (4hr drive) and doing a further inspection of the vehicle, the power steering fluid reservoir was empty, the coolant was at the minimum line, the oil change was overdue (had to replace the lower oil pan due to excessive rust on it.
