I bought a brand new 2020 Volkswagen atlas in July. It has been in the shop 3 times already. Two times for transmission fluid leaking, and once to replace the sway bar. Remember this is a brand new 2020 car. When I brought it in to have the sway bar replaced they told me it would take an hour to replace. It took them three hours. In my opinion no brand new car should be in the shop this many times. Definitely poorly made. Would never recommend buying from them or buying a Volkswagen to anyone I know.
