This dealership has gone downhill since it was aristocrat vw. I will never come back to this dealership. I was clearly lied to and the service tech wouldn't admit it, of course. They are out just to make a dollar now vs. building a relationship with their customer base. Complete joke of a dealer, to then find out that a friend of mine is having and issue with Napleton Jeep in Clermont isn't a surprise. Looks like this is just common practice with their dealerships. Won't buy anything from them ever.

This dealership thinks they can charge people whatever they feel. I had a bank approval ready in hand and asked what their dealer fee was. He said $800. I was quoted for a car and they added over a $1000 in profit derived fees and was told "too bad" when I rejected. I'm not talking about taxes or tag fees, those were separate. Your loss on an easy deal.
