I am very disappointed in Napleton VW of Sanford. I purchased an EOS from them in 2014 along with a service agreement through Fidelity. I sold the car in January of 2017. I completed the refund paperwork and returned it. I have contacted, Mike, Joey, Aberto and Sanjay the general manager to obtain an update and to no avail. I am waiting for their call since May 1, June 12 and June 20. This seems to be a very simple transaction but no one at the dealership seems to be able to resolve this matter. Definitely needs more professional help answering the phones in service/scheduling. Called for an oil change and was told the next appointment wasn't for 5 days. The young lady on the phone also wanted to fix my recall, said it would only take an extra 30 minutes. No, I'm not waiting a week for an oil change, the other VW dealership told me to "come right over "
The Collision Department I rate it a 10 � , Jodi Taylor is very professional and pleasant. I felt right at home �, the body work on my daughter in law's vehicle came out awesome �
I was forced to bring in my vw Jetta after an uninsured driver collision. Jodi and Michael are extremely polite and down to earth people which made the experience of getting my car repaired and getting my rental replacement a glide. I would highly recommend napleton sanford because of there quality assurance which makes them top of the line to me.
Michelle was a very friendly and caring individual. She was easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. She was very customer friendly.
