Wonderful Food, Friendly Service, Great Place to go with Friends! – I just love this place! My husband and I go at least once a month. The food is wonderful and the cooks put on a spectacular show! It is the perfect place for a night out with friends. It is a place to visit while in Pittburgh!
Great Ambiance! – Nakama is a great place for some after work, evening, or weekend gathering with friends. The sushi is delicious, the atmopshere and decor of the place is very metropolitan, and the overall enviornment is perfect for young and old alike. Highly recommend this carson st. hot spot!
Pittsburgh's Primere Party Restaurant – Recently one of my friends was celebrating their 30th birthday. To start the evening off right, we headed to Nakama. After spending quite some time at the bar, we move to a table where we had the best service and the best chef. The evening was lively and fun. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great time.
Great Place to Try – I frequent Nakama's at least once a week. The food is tremendous, excellent customer service, and trendy atmosphere. I LOVE IT!!! I mainly go for the Sushi and I havent had any problems. It melts in my mouth! As a frequent customer, I receive many benefits, coupons and discounts. Its my favorite place in the South Side.
Great Sushi & Bartenders – Regarding the email we received to write a review, I have to say that I can not be bought with $10, so for anyone to think that I would lie in a review to receive $10, give me a break. Nakama does have the best sushi in town in terms of consistency, quality, taste, and freshness. It is fairly priced. The bartenders are some of the best in town. I heart Nakama!!! – Nakama is by far the best Japanese Steakhouse I have ever been to. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and quick! This is the resturant I pick on special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys!! I promise if you go to Nakama you will NOT be disappointed!!
The filet, scallops and tuna are the best. – We have been to Nakama three times now and love it. The tuna and scallops are the best I've ever had. It can be VERY busy on the weekends after about 7:00 so we go early. We also try to get Mike as he is very entertaining.
