My 2017 kia soul has been in the shop 4 times since I bought a month ago. They say they fixed my issues and they are not fixed. Not happy at all. This is not fair. Not a happy customer at all.
RecommendedI was on the way to Myrtle beach from Columbia going to my nephews first birthday party. My 2011 optima’s motor blew due to recall issues. I had it towed to Myrtle beach Kia. It was a Sunday when when this happened and Monday was Labor Day. Matt from there service department called me first thing on Tuesday asking if they could be the ones to fix my car. Myrtle Beach KIA is such a wonderful dealership to work with!!! They went above and beyond helping me with refinancing my car and was able to save me over $100.00 a month. Since buying my Optima, Bradley in service has been amazing taking care of my car when it's gone in service. Luckily only for oil changes, tire rotation and an occasional nail in the tire. Thank you guys for the GREAT service!!!!!!
Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Surprised me with a free car wash with my visit. Don't like driving to 501 to get there. Usually very heavy traffic but had no trouble getting across to dealership even though bumper to bumper traffic. People were very nice and let me cross over 501 and back out.
Got a brand new Kia Soul yesterday at Myrtle Beach Kia. My salesman Eddie Gilbert was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about every car and was very helpful with everything we needed. The sales team were very nice and made the car buying experience go easy. Go see Eddie at Kia if you’re looking for a new car!
