We recently had our vehicle in for repair. I have to say Bradley Cooper in the service area was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond in answering our questions and digging into our extended warranty! Thank you for a good experience!
How about when you turn in a car the manager tells you what to expect like a $1200 bill from kia 😡 that was sent to collections!!! complete BULLCRAP - he said here sign this. it was only a piece of paper stating that I turned it in and that the mileage was true.
Service is absolutely awful. problems or never resolved. I bought a car back in 2013 have had a problem with an O2 sensor from the very beginning I get 14 miles to the gallon in a Kia sport age brought it in they replaced a different O2 sensor so I still have the existing problem after a total of over $400. 😡😡😡. Had a new A/C put in last summer to the tune of around $800. Stopped working this year two weeks out of warranty. I have to say I have always been skeptical of car dealerships ever since I had a bad experience years ago.
