I had went to a Kia dealership in Maine a couple months ago and it was an average experience and you didn't feel they were working for you. Before I even walked in the door at Myrtle Beach Kia, Tim Jacks greeted me in the parking lot. I knew 95% what I was looking for, they had it in stock and Tim and I took it for a drive to ensure it was indeed whay I want. I can’t say thank you enough to the service department at Myrtle Beach Kia. My seventeen year old daughter was having battery issues with her 2013 Kia Sol. Without talking to her dad or me, she took it upon herself to drop the car off this morning and have them replace the battery. They drove her to work and fixed the battery. In two days my family bought 3 cars from Kia! Tim Jacks was my salesperson who seems like an old friend I’ve had for years! It was the most pleasurable dealing I’ve ever had! They make you feel like family! Will be a return customer and would recommend them to anyone!
Mat and Brad are gold plated asset to your dealership. Both very knowledgeable and are wonderful at interacting with service customers. I worked in sales management at a ford dealer for many years and the service writers we had would not hold a candle to these gentlemen. I hope you pay them enough so they won't go elsewhere.
