THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS POOR AND TECHS DO NOT APPEAR TO KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS SUCH AS ISSUES WITH THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM. I THOUGHT THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND UNCARING. HIS ANSWER WAS TO CALL KIA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL THEM ABOUT MY PROBLEMS. THERE IS AN UPGRADE TO THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM BUT THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE IT WOULD COME OUT OF THE POCKET OF MB KIA. We bought our Sedona in Atlanta and retired to SC. We took it in for the 30k service here. They were ready for us, they were done on time and everything was done as they said they would do it. Good job.. One of the reasons we love our Kia Sedona.. Now if Kia would make a new Borrego I would really be happy. I still regret selling our 2009 Borrego..
