Well I really don't know where to start, we bought a brand new kia Rio5 2012 and bought the extended warranty with it and was told it covers the car bumper to bumper, but the minute you go to use it you find out it doesn't. The remote control stopped working, so we took the car back to myrtle beach kia to diagnose the problem and found out that the interior instrument panel fuse box need to be replaced and would cost $435 and it wasn't covered under the bumper to bumper warranty.
