We drove around the lot in the rain & my poor husband got out to see what the car I liked was called & if it had a price. Austin saw the hesitation & met us at the door with an umbrella & a smile. My grandparents immediately liked him and he and his team made our little family comfortable while we waited. Not only did he get me into the car I wanted, he had us back the next day for detailing and my Christmas bow :) for a “youngin” Austin truly is an incredible asset to Kia. They will do anything to sell a car. They led me to believe that I was buying a car. But what they did is put my Co signer as buyer & me as Co signer. And Jasmine now wants me to take a lost & let her buy the car back @ market price. Doesn't have my car I traded I would be happy just to get my car back & them take their car back or refinance the car the way it should be.

This is a bit long winded, but after not one or two but THREE bad experiences at this dealership. It’s time to post this. Take a step back to 2017, I was shopping for a Kia Soul. Test drove and found the one I wanted in Myrtle Beach (since I live here) and start to talk money with them. Being a responsible adult, I checked quickly online in surrounding areas to make sure the price I was given lined up.
