Went in for an oil change and ended up leaving with a 2020 Kia Sportage! This is the second car I have purchased from Kia and the experience both times was great! Shout out to the best salesman at Kia Errick Hayes! If you are in need of a new car go see him he will definitely take care of you!
We were stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire. Our 22 month old was with us. Because we had not been given the special tool required to remove one of the lugnuts,my husband was unable to change it. This should have been provided at the time of sale and was not. The managers and service department staff where unapologetic and acted as though we were an inconvenience. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Rich and the receptionist were the only caring and professional staff that we encountered thoughtout this ordeal.

daughter took her 2017 Kia forte with 48000 miles on it with a blown engine and because she didn't have oil changes done there they will not honor her warranty.

I just wanna point out my salesman Eddie Gilbert was a very straight up honest guy and extremely patient and helpful I've been shopping since the first of the year and he has been there every step of the way We purchased a vehicle Today Kassandra is extremely happy with her new Kia soul the whole team up there is excellent I highly recommend this Kia dealership!!
