This website has posted grossly inaccurate information about me and I have requested that it remove the false information listed immediately. A neighbor used this site to look up my name date and other information and advised me what they found. I looked it up and was shocked and feel this company is scamming the public. ******* C

I have contacted them repeatedly to remove my profile due to false and misleading information. For one thing there is another person with my same firs, middle and last name in our state. She has since married and uses a combination of both last names now. Also they have me listed twice and one with my current name and once under my previous divorced name and have me listed as living with and married to my ex-spouse of 32 years. I do not want my personal information accessed just by a click of a button. I have been stalked and harassed because this site advertises my personal information. I have tried to opt out my information and they sent me a link to follow... It told me I had to upload my ID (again another personal info) in order to do so???? So, I went in and tried to edit my profile and I have to pay a monthly subscription to that?! what the **** is going on here? does people's safety and lives matter to this company?

The company runs a scam - it states that I have a criminal record or arrest - none of which is true. Thus they intentionally destroy my reputation, sending me periodically invitations to join (for a fee), which allegedly would give me an opportunity to correct my profile. That is a blackmail.

Paid the trial cost, cancelled, later was charged with $74.99, super scammy website. Customer service never answered my emails. I called my bank and disputed the charge, was told that they have received numerous complaints for fraud from this website.

Beware of the "free trial" period as it will automatically enroll you into a $18.95/month plan, which oddly enough is more than the highest plan I saw indicated at $17.95/ month. Must call to deactivate account after free trial.

I would give no star if allowed. This is a scam. The information on me has many items that are incorrect. They set you up for a cheap trial in order to get your credit card info and even though you cancel prior to the trial period ending you find a charge over what it would have been even if you had not cancelled. It took a while and me contacting my credit card company and filing a fraud claim but I eventually got my money back but my incorrect profile is still on their site even though I have requested removal many times. ... read more

Do not trust the scores and the information about people on this site. It's a scam. My address and contacts are not related to me. I registered and paid for subscription so I could edit my profile. When I started removing information that I did not want the public to see, my reputation score went down. So really what they want to to have you add a whole lot of information about yourself and entice you my increasing your score when you do so. So corrupt!
