I have emailed this business two times now and ask them to remove my profile and they still have not. This profile displays incorrect information about me and extorting me for money in order to remove the information. This should be illegal if they are ignoring my request to delete my information!

It wasn't in what MyLife provided that I was impressed, but moreso the cancellation. I had the $1 trial and at the end of the period hadn't yet cancelled my account, as was my intent as I was only looking for information on one person. Their customer care team not only responded but immediately refunded with no questions asked. I frankly expected to have to put up a fight, but that wasn't what happened at all. I ordered the trial run for $1 on 11/11/19. I knew that I would be charged $19.95 on 11/19/19 if I did not cancel my subscription. I cancelled it before the date. On 11/22/19 I was charged $35.85. $15 over the renewal fee. I called to be refunded amd was given the run around. I was told that I subscribed to do a background check which is the $35. I did not. The website has a lot of incorrect information and also tries to get you to pay to hide your own information. I'll be reaching out to my local politicians to lock this sort of information because this website, along with a host of others, just expose people to scams, identity theft, and more by releasing their information.

Gathering personal info. Wants you to pay to remove and or hide the info. Anyone can leave a comment and review anonymously. All of which is basically extortion of personal info and data. My reputation on MyLife is great. Either way, I don't like this being out there. And MyLife, you have me connected to people I have NEVER HEARD OF. A woman with my last name, that is not that uncommon, have no clue who she is. Never heard of her. She is not a relative. Oh, and yes my father has an excellent reputation. He passed **** in 1984. What the **** is wrong with y'all?

This is a criminal outfit that profits from slandering innocent people as criminals. The company should be put out of business, and the owner(s) prosecuted for libel. I receive e-mail notices of about my neighbors who are good people which state that one of them has a criminal record which I know is not true. I did not request to receive this continuous stream of lies about of my neighbors and it is not possible to unsubscribe from the e-mails. The "unsubscribe here" in the e-mail I got is a dead link. I was trying to recover my password, sent me an email clicked the email, had me set up another username and password ******* me AGAIN, for another 3 month period. I didn't click any kind of confirmation or submit button they just submit it themselves and take your money. I called them and because it is pending they are telling me they didn't charge me. Told me to screen shot it and then they would refund my money, like I'm lying to them! Buyer beware!

Pathetic, lies, slanderous, criminal, false claims, reputation ruining. They have false information posted about me and it has been a hassle to remove this information. Worthless company and website.
