I can't believe what this company have been able to publish all these lies about honest good people and how this could even be legal. I can't believe it's been around for so long! MyLife is a a truly shady organization. MyLife frequently sends me spam emails indicating that my profile has criminal records, and offering to show these to me if I subscribe. What ****. They want me to pay them to correct their false info. I opt out and MyLife keeps sending. My employer requires a REAL background check every 3 years- I have copies of every report. I checked my "profile" on Mylife.com and it has almost everything wrong. I check my daughters "profile" and the only thing that was correct was her age. They have her living in a state where she's never lived. Her occupation wrong. Shows her with no bankruptcy but she has one. I cancelled my membership. It's a total waste of money. Terrible!! I received an email saying someone checked my reputation score. So I was curious and decided to check my reputation score. There is another person with same name different middle initial that had criminal background and lived in a different State from me. 141 people had viewed my reputation score. Company posts inaccurate information. Also posts information that cause an individual to have their identity stolen. Pushes you to be a member in order to clear ones name from their unverified misinformation. These lies could prevent could people from getting a job, have Identity stolen or robbed. When called repeatedly company stated they were not responsible for what was posted online. Yet they can just sell this malarkey. How is this even legal?
Very unhappy they do not make it easy to cancel over email and kept asking for my drivers licence. Why would I want to give my personal ID to a shady website who made a profile without my consent beats me. I had to call them on the phone and ask them to delete it. Hoping it actually happens they said it'll take 5-7 business days, but I've heard of others having their profiles taken down then going back up. This company is very shady.

This page is horrible. It says you "may" have court records and then gives you a score or under a 2. Court records could be anything; An accident, Divorce, Child Support, etc. What if you want to apply for a job? Luckily my company thinks it's Hilarious. My bosses and I were reading all of our profiles and laughing at how silly it is. I cant imagine the score you would get if you are a convicted Felon. Do they have negative scores as well? They claimed the service would offer a thorough background check. They claimed the service was extensive and professional. This was all false advertisement. I payed $60 dollars for 3 months worth of service. There was no background check available unless I payed an additional amount??? Strange considering my profile claimed they had run one.
