They took what ever they could of my records from online sources and added a bunch of lies making me look bad like some kind of criminal and said I'm related to these people I dont know plus some I do know they didnt spell my name correct then want to charge a fee to remove the info and bad reputation they gave me ABC says it's a scam to get your money I did not pay them anything I want that profile deleted info too I dont appreciate this online lies and telling my address and everything where I've lived my age ,birthday

I had the introductory membership. Looking up my status I was happy with the results. I only needed my current information and therefore, cancelled my current membership. I would recommend this site for those interested to see what the web has information on.. Thank you for your kind and knowledgeable customer service and understanding my needs and concerns.

Then lose some stars because I find the information about their memberships a little misleading -- the trial automatically going to a normal renewal without intervention for one, and the fact that you have to call to terminate the membership rather than online -- if you can signup on line then you should be able to cancel online. In spite of these concerns they were very responsive and helpful when I did call in and for that they gain some stars back..

The service was effective for the information I wanted and when I wanted to cancel it was easy to reach a representative and do so. It took three minutes, that's all.

I wanted to freeze my account,so no one could access my personal information.I am glad that MyLife,has this feature and it was very easy to do.There was also very good customer service that helped me do everything that I wanted.I can truly say that they helped me with My life and stop anyone trying to access my personal information.Thank You MyLife.

MyLife.com publishes false and misleading information. As an example my Father died in 1999 at the age of 84 years old. According to mylife.com my Dad is rated, possible criminal history. My Dad would be 104 years old if he lived. Talk about true and accurate information.

This appears to be a good service, but after doing a one day trial, I decided that I didn't need the service. But MyLife automatically charged my credit card for 6 months' plan, and it took 2 phone calls to get a refund (the refund will be sent in a few days, I was told). If they had refunded after the first phone call, as they had promised, I would have given them a 5 star rating.

i HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH INFORMATION THAT MyLIfe supplied to me on a trial basis.I may in the future use this company again for information and also helping me on keeping up with my credit line and safe way of security on my personal information.Thanks To MyLife ! Also the operator was very polite and helpful with no hassell !
