This is a rip off, contact only goes overseas, they are the worst, asked to send my call back to USA, they stated that this was impossible, AGAIN terrible service, would Never do business with them again!!!

Complete scam. They con you into a 3 day trial for $1 but even after you cancel they continue charging your debit card. I had my card charged multiple times and they dont refund your money until you threaten to dispute it legally. I had to change my debit card altogether to make it stop.

This company lies a out a person's history just so you will pay the dollar for the trial. After the trial, even when you cancel...they continue charging your debit card. These folks are crooks.

This website is a total scam. They tell you that if you subscribe to them you can then correct the information that they have listed about you. That is false. You are only able to change the information in the description of yourself. You are unable to remove any pictures they have found even if the pictures they show have nothing to do with you at all. My life.com has incorrect information on my credit/criminal record. I'm a very good citizen/veteran with a clean and excellent credit score. I found this profile most provocative and insulting. Who knows what else is damaging to my profile.

I signed up for MyLife to get a report. I e-mailed their customer support e-mail asking them to cancel my subscription immediately. I did not receive a response back. Two days later they charge me $50.00 for my "membership". I called their customer service number twice and waited for 30 min. each time. Every time I was hung up on. Do not sign up with them. It is **** trying to cancel.

I did use this site for a couple of years. However I got tired of my reputation not going up despite my credit improving and not being able to change my profile picture. Quite frustrating. This site shouldn't be legal because they are going and creating a defamatory page without the person's consent. Someone needs to do a news special on this site so more people delete their profiles. So far it has been easy to request deletion, but over all I think this site could have invested in something more positive then what they are ... read more

I signed up for a $1 trial back in Jan. 2020, cancelled within the appropriate time frame. Even received a "confirmation number" from the customer service rep. Almost 3 months later my credit card was charged for a $59.95 6 month "subscription" that I never signed up for. Tried to call and cancel, spent 30 minutes on hold on the phone, was "the next caller in line" (according to their phone system), only to get disconnected (hung up on).
