Scam, their information in not creditable and they use an automatic renewal. I used the option to turn it off in my settings and they stilled charged me. Then the little on phone told me it was nonrefundable, I asked to speak to a manager she told me the manager will tell me the same thing. Then I told her I dont care put her on the phone. Then she refunded my money. Huge scam dont buy into there B.S.
How is a business allowed to exist publishing personal data - most of which is untrue and forcing people to pay to 'clean' it up or else provide their drivers license to prove they own the profile in order to have it removed? Like why would anyone give out more personal data to such an unethical business? It's illegal to put people's personal data out there to begin with without their permission. They should be shut down!
Sleazy. I looked up two old friends, then suddenly my info was up on their site. To date, I've phoned them three times & got 2 different confirmation nos. The third time, I recorded them and was told by Dell that we're not allowed to record them but he promised to remove my info.
Hack job just stay away... they charge $1 then auto renew at $44. Then to get the $44 refunded they charge you another $10 for 1 month. They are horrible... Any normal non POS company would just refund you the money... not them..
I cancelled my membership still got charged today called customer care she said she cancelled and refunded my money and that I should have received an email. I have yet to receive the email to confirm cancellation and if I don't see the refund within the 7 business days I'm reporting to fraud as well
I signed up and paid $44.85 for a premium package with My Life.com on 5/6/20 and still can not access any of the premium features as advertised. When I attempt to use these premium features I am referred back to the page, where I am asked to enter my debit card and personal information again. I have sent e-mail and have gotten no response. When I called there customer support there was no answer. The recording did sound like it was coming from a cell phone. Or the back of a noisy garage. This place, in my opinion, is a total... read more
I requested twice for 2 differernt links, that my information to be deleted off this awful site. I was told I had to make a profile and send in proof of who I am. I felt so uncomfortable sending them this information, but I DO NOT want my info out there to be out there like that. There is no telling what they are doing with the information that you send in to prove who you are. I can't wait for someone to start a class action lawsuit on this terriable company. BEWARE*** This company holds awful business practices, do not use... read more
Disgusting company. Stay away. They sell public and private information (both false and true) about you. Sick.
Would not allow cancellation on the site. Forced to call. Of course to sell another package. Terrible experience.
