unbelievable how bad they are when dealing with others personal information. if you don't want to pay them they won't remove you from their web site... even after I paid them, and contacted customer care to remove my profile. they never did, and now that I deactivated my account. I can't opt out from getting emails, and, my profile is still active...
This site is a scam trying to extort people from their money and the worst part is the false claim that I have a criminal record . It's organized crime . No doubt the good reviews on BBB are as fake as at least 5 claims made about me on the site . This ought to be shut down !
Great Customer Service That I've ever Experienced, Very Professional Customer Service.
It gives you basic info, but if you want more in-depth info you have to pay for the next level. It was very easy to cancel.
Very easy to deal with...no hassles, no fuss, got the info i needed and canceled.
Its a good service, but i only needed for a short while. Some information is correct and some not, but you have the ability to correct and change any information. I'll probably go back to it at another time when needed.
Very deceitful and also not accurate. It took a long time to cancel my account with them .Not just a simple click on the web or email, you have to call them and wait on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to a live person. I would never recommend this to anyone.
