I'm a victim of identity theft and they force you to pay to take down your birthday and personal information that people can use to open up fraud accounts!? Terrible!
I signed up for the $1 trial. Immediately cancelled the auto renew membership. The business charged multiple $1 charges to my card and the a week later charged the auto renew membership fee. I tried to login to address the situation and my password *** been changed (I saved it in a password ****** so I know it is correct.) When I tried to use the forgot password ******* it says it can not locate my email. The customer service help desk link leads to a "404 page not found" error. BEWARE.
Wanted to find info on someone and signed up for free trial. Found what I needed. Great site, easy to use, and great customer service. Jessica was very helpful and professional.
Had a trial subscription 1 week for $1.00. Called after 1 day to cancel. Call got answered quickly. Grace took care of this, answered my questions, quick service and gave me a cancel confirmation number. Don't know how correct the information is. The site gave me the information I was requesting quickly. Seemed to be what I needed. Now the only caveat is that I will be checking my credit card online to make sure there weren't any charges. If there are, then I will follow up.
I sent an email to cancel my trial subscription days before being charged and I didn't receive a response. Then I was charged 69.95 and 19.95 so I called customer service saying that I needed to cancel and it was a 15 minute conversation trying to prove that I sent in a cancellation request so I just said forget it because I had studying to do. This site has a lot of inaccurate information about me. I was horrified to see the lies posted. It also gives out information about where you live etc. This is so wrong in so many ways.
This garbage SCAM website has false criminal offenses listed on my profile for public display, citing two traffic violations that I fought in court and was found NOT guilty of (the charges they cite are even WRONG!!!). TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS I was found NOT GUILTY of as CRIMINAL OFFENSES!!!!????? It was literally posted I HAVE ARREST AND CRIMINAL CHARGES on this bogus profile THEY created for me.
