I was satisfied being able to look into others lives. It was easy enough to explore others. The accuracy of the info I could not know for sure, but I was satisfied. Grace was pleasantly professional (a little hard to understand at times).

This company has an absolutely stunning LACK OF INTEGRITY. They are purveyors of Falsehoods, Inflammatory Fallacies, Disgusting Deception, Disreputable Reputation Reporting. There is a reason that they are *currently under investigation* by the federal government's Department of Justice. They need to be shut down once and for all. This is the worst company ever. I have called twice within 6 months to have my personal information removed. They try to swindle you into a membership to do so. This is criminal and a HIPPA violation

Do not trust this website called mylife.com The made an attempt to charge my credit card for the amount of $79.95 For a six months membership without my consent. This company has charged my debit card several times and will not refund the charges and continues to charge monthly. Emailed them 6 times with no response. Several phone calls and still no help. Will have to get a new debit card to stop the charges

I sent Mylife.com an e-mail requesting for my information to be removed. They denied my request and told me to follow the prompt on their website. However, their website requests for me to upload my government issued ID. This is not a secure transaction. Why would I upload my ID to a website that compiles information and creates a profile of me without my permission? An absolute scam. The American Government is a disgrace for allowing this to continue without consequence.

I got a trial subscription and called n the cancellation date to tell them I do not want a subscription. And, they told me it had renewed already for $79.something. I told them I was calling in the expiration date that they gave me via their website when I paid for a 3-day trial. The call center gal seemed to be reading from a script telling me it had already renewed. It took more than 15 minutes to cancel when it should have taken less than 5. This business is border-line scam. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the business lumps your reputation with people you are not really associated with to make your reputation rating lower. For instance people I don't know but lives within my neighborhood and who have bad records are attached to you to bring your reputation rating down. And they want you to pay money to correct the misleading information that they are publishing. I think this business should not be allowed to operate.
