Avoid at any cost!!!! I stumbled onto their website and decided to try the 3-day subscription. My bank account was charged $59, which is the full year subscription. When I called them, they informed me that it was already charged and the subscription would run for a year. There was no way to cancel it or receive my money back. To make matters worse, it was on auto-renew. They did allow me to cancel auto-renew, but who knows if they did cancel it. Scammed me for 70 dollars. Refusal to refund money. Looked up refund mylife.com and hundreds of complaints of the same signup scam have been reported.

Slander. Liable. Extortion. Blackmail. This "business" should be illegal. They pull info from any name resembling yours and put together a profile that is highly inaccurate in order to ruin your reputation so they can then coerce you into paying a fee to remove this false information. How that has been allowed to continue is beyond me. My hopes is that enough people know this is a bad site with false information and it does not affect us poorly.

Gaslights customers into it cancelling their subscriptions. When I called to cancel they said I had already cancelled but in fact they continued to charge my card. I had to call back and insist they cancel for real and provide a cancellation confirmation # which was the same as my user # and when I questioned it they became very hostile. My friend had a similar experience and when she said she had not called to cancel already they then canceled her membership. I give Mylife one star because I was able to get the information I was looking for out of them. I give them only one star because they are a scam. If you visit the site, I defy you to find any mention of the fees you will pay-automatically- for using their services. There is no-repeat: NO- indication that I could find on the website of what I was expected to pay or how often. I had an experience similar to Furious in NY (see below). Do not trust them with their meaningless reputation score about your life score. Read the BBB information on this site. Their score is to scare you into a subscription. you have to agree to automatic renewal to get $1.00 seven dayâ?? free trial if you do not call to cancel, pay to fix bad data and lock out peopleâ?? from changing sections of their report. Run a report on the company CEO informationâ?? broker. I am sure he has his Bio section locked tight,

MyLife publicly displays personally identifying information about me and about my family, in addition to information about my history, income, religion, party affiliation, etc., and linking me, in a derogatory fashion, to people I've never met. This is an gross invasion of my privacy and a threat to my security.
