The product is excellent. But I do not have the continuous need for it as I had thought. Customer service was also wonderful. And this is the 1st time I used a trial membership and was actually sent an email warning me that it was coming due. Other companies I have dealt with Just let the trial rollover into a regular membership. If and when I need another project such as this I will definitely be returning to your company.

I would highly recommend this to a friend. I had used this service to check backgrounds. I was able to look up any person, it was awesome! I then spoke with Mary from customer service to cancel my subscription, because I no longer needed to utilize this service, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Whoever runs this place is running it right!
They are difficult to nearly impossible to contact. They use your neighbors and people you do not know to build a score about your reputation that is available for anyone to see.
Subscribed for a seven day trial for one dollar. Sent them an email canceling the subscription two days later. Received a return email stating my subscription would be canceled and terminated the next day. Several days later I receive another email from Mylife.com stating my credit card was about to be charged a monthly subscription fee. I had to call them, and was informed that my subscription/account was not yet canceled! WTF? I'm glad I caught it prior to the seventh day! The information posted on the internet concerning me is not correct. I have asked them to remove my information from their files.
This site is a TOTAL SCAM! I looked up and PAID FOR my own search. The information it revealed was over 10 years old, and predominantly inaccurate. The "people I associate with" was COMPLETELY INACCURATE. I've never heard of ANY of those people. Don't waste your money. This is a total SCAM!
I tried MY LIFE.com and found what I was looking for. it was easy, to use and easy to understand. BUT it is a little expensive if you only want to check out 1 or 2 persons. Thanks for you help. Sincerely *****
This is a scam site. They post false information and try to charge you money to remove it. Would love to participate in a class action lawsuit against them.
