Reporting false information and fails to remove it.
The customer service was unhelpful in every aspect. They wouldn't refund my 7 day additional charge and they wouldn't refund my renewal! All they care is about getting there money and pass ** you after that. They think by giving a cheaper service and not refunding your money is the best option for you. Not happy with the service I received and will not recommend them on to anyone I know!!

Biggest scam outfit ever! They continued to charge my credit card for membership after I cancelled it with them each time the new charge appeared on my credit card bill. I had their code that they had given me as evidence of the cancellation each time, but they would keep charging me. I have tried to call them on the phone twice this morning, waiting in a phone queue both times for over 20 minutes. Both times when I became caller number one, the line was disconnected! I see that the FTC is investigating them. Stay away!
There is false information about me and pictures of my children (minors) on this page. This is how they scam you into paying, I'm sure. I called and waited for 30 minutes then when finally my call was answered, they disconnected the call. This happened twice. It's shady, libelous, and an invasion of privacy that I feel is dangerous and harmful.
This company is posting lies, and making people look like they have a horrible reputation. So people google them and it says they have a criminal record, when they do not. The company says they have a "source" that gives them the information. And they need $20 or more a month to take that off the internet. Mylife.com is a criminal concern -- they take money from people for wrong information and act as a character assassination site, allowing untrue comments to be posted and manufacturing fictitious ratings on people based on incorrect information and comments. It's an assault on anyone whose information they have obtained illegally and unethically and should be shut down all together.
The information mylife.com reflects on it's website about me is false and misleading. The relatives named are not mine at all. The locations sited as places I have lived are also false. This company has a despicable website that influences others to form opinions about people based on false information. It should be shut down completely!
This 'company' has created a false profile with intentionally incorrect info about my recently deceased mother. Demanding I pay to 'fix' the profile. Implying that she was associated with local 'sex offenders' who simply live in the same town as we do not to mention seemingly making up her ethnicity and religion while posting the correct address.
