Scam artists posting false information and data mining .
i spoke to a very aggressive lady by the name of Ninfa. Employee ID XXXXX She refused to refund me until i asked for a supervisor. i will contact my credit card company about these charges that were NEVER supposed to happen being that i cancelled my "free trial". I asked for a manager she told me to try to call back in 30 min they are on a conference call. She wouldn't refund all my money. This is a scam! not all information shows, very inaccurate and incomplete
They want to charge me to protect my identity. I am of identity theft thanks to this company giving out my personal information. I EMAILED them multiple times and they have not removed my information as requested. They are elusive. This company is not a REUNION site as they called themselves in past. Scam to get money from your identity. I will be filling with the state attorney general office.
How is this company allowed to be in business? They give out false information and giving me a reputation I do not deserve. I am listed has having a "criminal record" when in fact I have two speeding tickets. And, my rating goes down because somehow I am affiliated with someone they say I am affiliated with and I am not. Pure Fiction. Refuses to remove disparaging things about me that are not true.Will sue for defamation of character
An extremely unethical company who refuses to remove my personal information from their website. I have made several inquiries to have my information removed from the site to no avail.
Good customer service Website easy to use
This company should be ashamed of their existence. Not only do their aggregate private data on over 300M Americans without their consent, but they make it impossible to opt out of sharing this information or even contacting them to make a formal request. All phone numbers are unanswered, and all email addresses bounce. This is no doubt a company that should be forced to be shutdown. I personally have filed complaints with the FTC and FCC and would encourage anyone that has dealt or seen this company online to do the same.
They posted my personal information without my consent. I called and asked them to remove it. They have flat out refused to do so unless I become a paid member. This is called extortion. I don't understand how they are getting away with this. I reported them to the attorney general of California.
