I used the site to sate my curiosity for the $1 trial period. My own information was OK, except that I supposedly had an $8100 judgement against me in 2002 I knew nothing about and can only think it was against someone with the same name and similar other data. I happened upon myelife.com and found that I had a profile. My mother and sister have profiles on the site as well. I just got off the phone with their customer service to have mine removed, and requested my mother's and sister's be removed as well. I was told that my 76 year old mother would need to call in order to have her personal information removed. One is the lowest I can leave. Their company lied to me then blocked my email from sending this customer support request to them, after they lied and took money from me anyway. I spoke to three of your support people . Saturday a woman assurec me that charges to my debit card would be reversed, they wee not. Deleted my life information due to false information, and public display of my date of birth. Several months later the information was back online with more false information. This company should have to face a class action law suit due to false information, and personal information that should not be made public without your consent. You have tp PAY to lock the account which should be extortion. Shut this site down permanently.
It was easy to work with. I didn't want a long term account with them. I wanted to make some corrections that were not accurate. I did a short term agreement. It was very easy to cancel when I was finished. I will not hesitate to sign up again in the future should I need to.

This company is essentially creating a false profile with erroneous information about your personal profile. They had me associated with people I do not know. A erroneous report of a criminal record and supposed information regarding my net worth and income. They want you to pay for their mistakes on your profile. This site has posted a lot of information about me that is inaccurate, some of which has put my life in danger! I will be joining a class action lawsuit as well as pressing charges.
Like other reviewers, I am not a customer of My Life.com, Inc., except by web search default. Funny how they have some info that is valid and quite a bit that is not valid. Sadly, a person has to spend a lot of their own time to remove their info from these sites only to be put back on when something new shows up. Profile Defender type business are not any better, it's simply the reverse of this site. Would love to know what needs to be done to force these companies to gain MY approval before listing my info.
