Incorrect data. Libelous and subject to a lawsuit which I have considered. They post false information, create a phony "reputation score," and even have the gall to defend their illegal practice when caught. Was told they would correct the false data they had on me, in Jan 2018, but as of April 2019, still had not. I was happy with the service and the results from My Life. I had no issues with them and was pleased with their Customer Service Depafrtment. I called to cancel service as I no longer used and asked for an email confirming that the service was cancelled and I have not received.
They created a profile about me without my consent that contained multiple inaccuracies. I requested that this profile be taken down and they refused to. I feel that this sites violates the privacy of the people they create profiles for without consent.
The entire process of canceling my account was handled quickly and efficiently. No pressure, immediate email confirmation of the cancellation - all reassuring and convinced me when I am ready to try the service again I will do so happily!
I am giving this site no stars (But had to choose a rating to get this posted and zero was not an option, hence the one star)! I did not even know this company existed until I "Googled" a friend and found their information on this site! I then "Googled" myself and was dismayed to learn that they have some information correct, but most is outdated or totally wrong! A horrible company that publishes false information, lies, and steals customers money
Information was accurate and very helpful so I gave a 5 star- rating.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible customer service and horrible follow thru. I had my account 'cancelled' but they kept charging me. I would send email with no response for days...just awful. Buyer Beware!!!!!
This company should not be able to operate. I don't know where they get information from, however I checked my family information and not only they have some information public that should not be (birthday, Party affiliation, religion) but they also have a lot of incorrect information on bio. I am filling a complain with BBB
