My 96 year old grandmother will never be a patient again! She was told she had to come in for her prescription to be filled. We arrived only to be told her appointment had been cancelled after it was confirmed yesterday.

i really want to thank the family /crew at the Machensey Park Illinois location for there help with my eye glasses today. It was s wonderful experience!!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will keep coming back year after year .

Customer service is terrible,went to the Savannah mall location,lens were not cut right to fit the frame ,they ordered new lens,no body told me the guy that fits the lens only works Tuesday thru Friday and is at lunch between 12 and 1. Brittney that works the counter was very rude,she really needs a lesson on some customer care.After two months I finally have my glasses, everyone in my family wears glasses.I will never go there again. I dont recommend anything from them, the staff dont know what they are doing half the time, only the Dr does. The Mclean VA Branch...

Absolutely incompetent staff at the Clayton location. Broke my husbands glasses. Lost his new frames. Then said they were in when they weren’t. Been over a month since we ordered and still have no glasses!

Here is what MyEyeDr did. Stole my VSP benefit and refused to provide me with my glasses or return the benefit to VSP. Worst company EVER!! Even VSP cant believe what was done. It is an ongoing matter but according to VSP I am likely going to lose the benefit and not get my glasses. My only option is litgation in small claims court. I have never had an issue with the Eye Dr. In Terre Haute, Indiana. ON January 28th I stopped in to ask a question because I was about ready to order contacts. My question was answered. On February 12th I stopped in to order, and also asked about a discount card I have that My Eye Dr is on when you pull up the website. I was going to have them run both insurance and the discount card to see which is the better deal. First appointment went great, my eye exam was a breeze and the staff handled my daughters exam well also, the one young lady was extremely helpful with assisting me in picking out the frames I wanted as well which I appreciate so much. My issue comes when I went to pick up my glasses. I had a great experience at the Grayslake, IL store! My exam was excellent and all the staff was so wonderful at helping me choose the right pair glasses. I just got them back and LOVE them! The select of frames was great, lots to choose from and the lenses I ended up getting for my glasses are amazing!
