All employees were Very rude and my husband just got safety glasses and had 3 days and they are all scratched with no incidents to them and they say, “oh well” No Way are they true safety glasses! Never returning there!

Wouldn’t recommend!!! Ordered eye glasses in August 2020 at the Arrowood location in Charlotte, it’s now almost November and I have not heard anything as of yet.I call and no one ever answers the phone. They have gotten my money for the glasses, but I have yet to receive my eye glasses. Stay away from MY EYE DOCTOR!!!! I feel totally ripped off.

Owed a refund since aug still not received just lie after lie . Read BBB before going here lots of compliments and I filed as well . See lawyer on Monday !
