I had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment, as of today I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for my new glasses. Every time I call them, I get a different story of WHY I haven’t gotten them yet. They have not called ME once! Next time, I will go somewhere else.

They are very unprofessional! Made an appointment gave my insurance information and when i arrived to my appointment they said my insurance was not active! They refused to call the number on the back of the card to verify. They were rude and wasted my time. I will never use them again.

Do NOT go to the one in Harrisonburg, VA! Me and a friend both had our glasses made there and had to send them back 3 times! I still CAN NOT SEE out of mine! My granddaughter just got hers today after waiting for them FOR 2 MONTHS for them to come in!!!! After the money I had to pay for mine, I should be able to see out of them! RIDICULOUS! OVERPRICED!!!!!!

HORRIBLE- PROMISE BROKEN NEVER RECEIVED CONTACTS WRONG SCRIPT. I see better with my old contacts I expect a full refund 1776 I Street Washington, DC

Dunkirk Maryland Location- My son had an eye exam in August 3 weeks before leaving for grad school. Was told contacts would be available to be picked up within a week of them ordering. Called 3 weeks later and was told they still weren’t in. Called every 2 weeks and got the runaround. In November they said they would re order them and just kept giving me trial pairs here and there to send to him. Beginning of January still no word so we go into the location in Dunkirk and they tell us they mailed them to us in August. No one... read more

I went to the Madison, AL location on Highway 72 to pick out some glasses and everyone was super nice and helpful! Darren walked around with me and helped me pick out my glasses. He was so friendly and extremely helpful! He really went above and beyond helping me!

I called the location in Downtown Birmingham on Jan 3 to make an appointment because I had misplaced my glasses and need new ones. They scheduled my appointment for that afternoon at 230. I went on my lunch break, which I informed them of that when I called to make the appointment and they said it was fine they would make sure to have everything done in the hour. I had the worst experience ever getting glasses in 42 years. The person who assisted me was very sneaky and misleading. I went in to make an appointment for an exam. They saw me right away. When I sat with the man who was to help me with my glasses he did somethings on the computer and said it would be over $500 for two pairs (1 regular and 1 reading) after insurance and this was for my lenses only. high prices, glasses broke in less than a year of careful use, no warranty, no repairs, no replacement parts, terrible customer service.
