Twice now, since they have changed from Allegheny Optical- they messed our glasses up and gave us excuses instead of fixing them. Their prices are already crazy high even with Optical Insurance- so we don’t have 478.00 to just kiss off a junk pair of glasses. We called and told them twice that the bifocal point was off. You need to get use to them. Or we can adjust them. But not once when I said or send them back and have them remade- did they offer. And now starting this past month they want you to pay in full instead of le... read more
