After being told to expect a 7-10 day return on an order, we are now approaching day 19. After initiating a call after day 11, I was told they were sent back for quality purposes and would be ready on a specific date. We again initiated the call to ask about progress on the date mentioned and was told someone left a detailed message for us to explain(neither of us received it). I would not recommend the Hoover, Alabama location. We ordered a pair of sports glasses for my son. They told us originally the order would be ready 7-10 day, so day 18 I called to see if the order was delivered it was not delivered. So I spoke with manager, Sandy on the phone. She was attempting to rush me off the phone, I asked her if I could ask a question, her reply was, “ What, What”, that reply was very unprofessional and degrading. This place is a joke and I definitely do not recommend. Davis vision in combination with MyEyeDr is the worst.

Our eye doctor and his staff were fantastic until MyEyeDr took over. Worst experience. My visit cost more then twice what it did before. It took them nearly an hour to get figure out my benefits and my bill. Sadly, although the dr is great, I feel that MyEyeDr has ruined his business in our little town.

The Towson Maryland location is terrible. I was an employee there. I was treated very badly, I was humiliated not only by my co-workers but the doctor himself. I will never recommend any of my peers to this company.

Good Afternoon I just want to voice my discontent so others can be aware. I took Rx for glasses to “My Eye Doctor” 13170 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225, 904-221-6500. The cost after insurance was $330.00. Within a few months the frame broke, I took them back and they supposedly repaired them. Soon they broke again. I was told they were "unrepairable" but they offered to sell me another frame with a 40% discount.
