I had to return my expensive OAKLEY glasses since there was a problem with the prescription lenses. The people in the Concord NC office are very nice, but due to Covid-19 it is now closed. The glasses were sent back to me by UPS from Raleigh, NC. Instead of the Expensive OAKLEY case that I dropped them off in, they were returned in some cheap box. Not acceptable. I cant even get in touch with anyone to even get my paid for glasses mailed to me
They way their offices are handling this whole COVID situation is unacceptable . I ordered my glasses two weeks ago . I have not heard from the office received any emails or calls on when to expect my glasses . Their office should at least be open for some sort of pick up hours or having our orders shipped to our home. I would not recommend Myeyedr if they were the last place on this earth. If you like to deal with a business that steals your money then Myeyedr is for you. I have been waiting since 18 February 2020 for my refund and to date I have not received it. I went for my exam in December at the McDonough Ga location for glasses and contacts. They did not fit me for the correct prescription of contacts (trial) because they didn't have it in. I was told by staff they had to be custom made in Europe. The contacts did not arrive until March - this month - and are totally useless. I cannot see. How do I get a refund of $161? Now I have to find another optometrist who can fit me properly.
I will never go there again. ( I went to York Pennsylvania location) They gave me plastic lenses that are very bad and charged me way more any other place. The nose piece of the frame is so sharp that it scratched the thin skin on my eye. The lenses are not clear.

Awful experience! Lies upon lies as to why I don’t have my glasses after two weeks. But hey, they have my money and my insurance company’s money so what’s the rush, right?

My family has been used this store (in Rocky Hill CT) over a decade except recent years. It’s such a riff off place, paid for a crappy, plastic frame for $240 and additional extra fee for the 1 year warranty (this is normally included), the complete cost for a pair glasses is over $600 . within 6 months, the frame snapped off twice, but the warranty just covers for 1 incident. So my son stuck with the unusable glasses for another 6 months. this is ridiculous. It’s time to switch.
