I was seen at the Aberdeen NC location. appointment went fine. Selected my frames after thorough discussion about "specials" and my desire for a back up pair. Sales associate appeared to understand my desires and placed my order for what I was led to believe was 2 pair of glasses. I was not presented a detail of my order . Went to pick the glasses up and only received one pair. after multiple iterations of back and forth with another associate, I was told that my order was for only 1 pair. Takes forever for glasses to come in. I order a couple pairs over a month ago. The regular glasses came in but I am still waiting on my sunglasses. Called them again and they still say that it probably another week or more to get them. It should not take over a month to get a pair of sunglasses.

I had a visit with Dr. Laura C Dake-roche in Naugatuck, CT. It was my first visit to an eye doctor and I can assure you it was also my last with her. When I met with this doctor I told her it was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect and this doctor did nothing but scold me for things from the start. She basically called me a child for not wanting to get my eyes dilated ( and didn’t tel me that I had other options) and compared me to another younger patient who was getting dilated.
