Thankful for Dr. Price of the Wake Forest, NC location for assisting me during this pandemic. I am due for an exam and was having difficulties reaching someone for an appointment or emergency prescription during Covid 19 office restrictions. He handled this with ease and provided a resolution within 30 minutes. I had been contacting the Briar Creek Location for a week. I am thankful there is still good help, even in the midst of a global crisis.

I want to thank Jonathan S. so very much for helping me this morning. I was in an situation where I needed my eyeglass prescription desperately. I sent a message via FB messenger and had my prescription in less than 1 hour. Jonathan was very kind and understanding and he deserves a raise!

The customer service is amazing...as long as you don't any issues. Me and my 2 kids ordered our frames 02/13/20, their glasses came in within a few days with no issues. My lenses came in uncut and after having to ask the manager several times what needed to be done to get my frames I got fed up and went to a different location since I had already paid. My replacement order was placed 02/27/20 and I still do not have my glasses. I was offered sunglasses to help smooth things over, that order was placed on 03/11/20 and I have ... read more

Patient Relations seems to be uninformed on the status of anything. They seem to just be present to fulfill a technical requirement to show some kind of customer service rather than providing actual service. I'm still waiting on the second batch of lenses after the in-office visit resulted in fouled lenses for my regular glasses and sunglasses. I've asked twice for information on progress, and was told to contact the local office after the quarantine lifted. Don't they ave access to some kind of database? Don't they have con... read more

Horrible service. they route everything to a call center now. call rep wouldnt even let me ask questions. just told me to use online system. after 4 calls in two weeks, I finally recieved ancall back from the local office. I missed the call during to a conference call for work and after 3 more calls still no follow up. how many of you KNOW every detail of your contact prescription so you can order them yourself??? I WILL be finding a new eye doctor as soon as the restrictions on staying home are listed.

Hi, I ordered glasses for my daughter in Feb and yet to receive the glasses. I was told to collect few weeks back on Sat and the store was closed. I have been a regular customer for many years and not communicated on any steps to receive the glasses. MyEyeDr bear location in DE.

I have had so many issues. Ordered glasses in January haven’t gotten them - both pairs paid in full. Tried calling customer service and left 3 messages, no one has called back. I want my money back
