I attended the Location in Mt. Pleasant SC with Dr. Brad Majors, he was very professional and knowledgable. After my great eye exam the lady who helped me choose new contacts was welcoming, helpful and hardworking despite the fact that they were understaffed. Great experience overall!!

MyEyeDr in Winter Haven, Florida is HORRIBLE. The entire Receptionist area needs to be terminated. I called 3 times in one day only to be answered by a receptionist each time after being on hold for 10 minutes or longer each time. I was given wrong information each time with assurance. To make a long story short, I sent my son to the office to pick up an item that they clearly said could be done but when he got there as usual they took forever to answer the phone in reference to the item and then said he couldn't pick it up.... read more

This company has been horrible. I have been waiting 4 months for a refund. Seriously whatever you do don't pay out of pocket. When they determine you have coverage , and still won't give your money back

I have been using the office in downtown Denver for 2 years. The personnel are very kind, but I have experienced consistently slow and unreliable service in acquiring glasses and contacts. I learned yesterday the emergency contact order I've been waiting 2 weeks for was never placed. Again, these are nice people, but I recommend using another eye dr. for your needs.
I had an appointment for today. No call from them saying that they are closed no nothing. I called January to set up an appointment. they told me that they couldn't do it to call back in February. I did just to get appointment for May 19. Cause they said that they are only working 2 days a week. I need my eyes checked and they don't care about me or my health. They known about it in January.

I have to start off with saying that the actual optometrist was very good. I enjoyed having her do my exam because she was nice and polite and high energy. That is where the good stopped. I ended up getting glasses and had to pay $330 for them. After 6 weeks I still didn't have them and tried to cancel the order. They told me they were going to be here the next day and they were, but it was too late. I wanted to return them. Due to deficient vision sometime in the middle of March I visited Saint Pete's 4th St.N My Eye Doctor's location and after examining eyeglasses were prescribed. delivery date was promised for 10 days after order and payment. I ordered and paid and I am still waiting for delivery. The store is closed and calls are not answered by staff. only answer is from a call center and attendant says she only takes messages, they will call back. Nobody has called. This company is trash!! They want to inconvenience the customers and have them drive across town to a store they know nothing about! My area of town need care too!!!!
