They have a wonderful. eye doctor there But one. person Want to charge me taxes? On what the insurance has paid? And I refuse to do so. They can keep their glasses.

Customer service in Gainesville, VA is nonexistent. A promise date is mere speculation. Also will not communicate when and why the dates get moved. The techs that sell the glasses do not know the product nor what lens fit what frames. I have a tough prescription , so just tell me, no, if you can't do something...do not waste your time nor money.
Haines Fl I went in beginning of December 2019 and purchased a pair of glasses. They final arrived beginning of January however they were not my glasses. DO NOT ever go to the MyEye doctor in LaPlata, Maryland. They are the WORST!!! Manager does not return calls, the staff have no idea what they’re doing. I have eye insurance, it covers my exam. After being seen by the doctor, they added an additional $80 for a “contacts” exam. In my opinion, they should tell you this BEFORE the exam!! Staff was supposed to order me a trial pair, they never ordered a trial pair. They will not get my money ever again!!

My family has been going to the MyEyeDr. in Woodbridge, VA for nearly 20 years. Today I had what was supposed to be just a regular annual eye exam and it was a complete nightmare. I was seen by Dr. Nicole Salomone, my original appointment had to be rescheduled and had I known I would be seeing Dr. Salomone, I would have asked to move the appointment. I am beyond frustrated with my experience! Louisburg N.C. I would have been better off going to Walmart. The eye doctor was good and helpful. Only complaint is that I wanted reading glasses and ended up with computer ones. My fault I should have stood my ground and not let her talk me into it. The person who helped me with the glasses tried to add every extra cost she could.
