I have been waiting since March for my glasses. I really needed these. I Called corporate twice they told me the exact day the glasses came in they said I would receive a text when they were ready. I finally got the text, I went to pick them up was told to stand outside and wait in the cold and wind, finally after about 15 minutes I was allowed to come in to get what ? NOTHING but a rude woman who lied to my face saying my glasses just got there Monday and they where just lens. No glasses. I was asked when they would come in... read more

I ordered essential and expensive glasses prior to the COVID quarantine and when I went to pick them up, I was told that the lenses were delivered but not the frames? How does that happen? its been 4 months and ive contacted them multiple times with no reply. I have been going here since I was a child and I do not recommend. The patients need are not cared for.

Update: After writing this review, I called my local store and told the answering service I needed a call back. The district manager in my area called me and arranged for my eye glasses to be picked up. The woman working actually dropped them to my house for me. It took a lot of persistence, calling and begging but they made it right for me. have used the same eye doc for 21 years. He recently switched to MyEyeDr. This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. My appointment was March 6. I was promised my eye glasses by M... read more

Adopt a patient centric philosophy and practice. This may be good for eye doctors but interacting with a call center in North Carolina who has no idea who my Dr is or how to address my vision questions is frightening. They dont seem to have easy access to clinicians or even healthcare professionals. Now that I know Goldman bought My Eye Dr it makes sense. Perhaps Goldman will do to healtchare what they did to the mortgage industry in 2008. Who would go to Goldman Sachs for healthcare, the most personal of interactions?

I'm not sure I've ever written a negative Facebook review before, but myeyedr and affiliates are the WORST. I paid my bill in full in Dec 2019, and in Feb 2020, I received a random additional bill in the mail. I tried using the link provided in the bill and it says "campaign expired" --- what does that even mean in regards to a medical bill? I've called 4 phone numbers trying to talk to someone --- one from the bill, the local office number and the national customer service number to find out what is going on with MyEyeDocto... read more

I became a number today . No longer the Personal Care I had with my previous experiences. MyEyeDr. Recently purchased the New Berlin WI location. For 20+ years I have seen Dr. Ziegler. He is by far the Best Optometrist I have ever seen. I had only seen Dr. Leffingwell on one occasion. Together they had an amazing practice. There Staff had been helpful, informed and compassionate.
