Customer service is horrible. The Drs I seen were nice but the women that handle the glasses are nasty women and should be retrained on how to speak to customers. I have never had to have glasses in my life and unfortunately I have to have them now so I am waiting to get this refund so I can go to a different optometrist to get glasses I need for driving. Received a message this morning 7/1/2020 that my eyeglasses are ready and to call and schedule for pickup/fit check. I called and the soonest to get me in is 7/6/2020. I understand there is a global pandemic, and it happens to be a holiday weekend but I’m really devastated right now as I haven’t had glasses for weeks due to my prior pair breaking. We changed our mind and tried to cancel the eyeglasses the next day after visiting the office and have been told that they cannot be cancelled. We were advised that it would take 3 weeks to receive the glasses because they are running so far behind on orders. Now they cannot be cancelled due to they have already started making them the very next day. If that's the case why would it take 3 weeks to receive them. Something doesn't make sense. This is very poor customer service.

My regular eye doctor was still closed due to the pandemic, but I was able to get an appointment with MyEyeDr in Clayton, NC. The doctor was great and the staff were very friendly. It was a very pleasant visit. I got my new glasses yesterday and they're perfect!

Terrible experience over the past year at the Gastonia location. They made the prescription wrong and they keep making the same fix to the frame every few months. I've spent more time getting these glasses fixed than any I've had in 40 years.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Dupont location to anyone in good conscience. I booked an appointment online, received confirmation phone calls, confirmed my appointment but lo and behold the day I arrive the place is not open and no one is there to answer the phones or let me in. I took time off for this appointment and found this type of treatment extremely unprofessional. If you're closed that's fine but don't mislead people. Would highly recommend avoiding them for your eye doctor needs.

Extremely rude service at the Clarendon location. My appointment was for a basic eye exam. When making the appointment I was told that eye exam is the same for contact lenses. Now I am assuming that it's one charge for eye exam and contact lenses exam. I promptly arrive for my appointment and both eye exam and contact lenses exam are conducted. They tried telling me I didnt have eye coverage when I told them I 100% did, then they said they found the coverage and owed them $40 for co-pay. paid the copay then got another bill for $200 3 months later.
