These people are absolute clowns. Sham of a business. No customer service, don’t care can’t get a simple copy of my RX. No one answers the phone. F joke.

I went to them for years even before name change. Recently I am very dissatisfied. I love Dr. Patel at the Woodstock location and hate losing her as my doctor. Because of another employee, Natalie lying about several things and the manager at the Kennesaw location not doing her job, I have found another practice.

I went to MyEyeDr. with a new prescription to get a new pair of glasses. I gave them my insurance card (not a fly by night, btw), and she couldn't find benefits for eyeglasses, only the exam. I told her that was wrong, so she looked again, and finally found them. Then, after we went through the process of writing up the order (I was using my old lenses, which I'd gotten there and really love), she told me that the cost would be almost $200 for the lenses. Ordered contacts online with them over 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. I've called and messaged multiple times and got the run around. They will never get my business again.

Today while trying to get to my appt. the office was locked, I was asked to change out of my mask into an unwrapped masks laying out on a table. If was unprofessional.

If the likes of a GENUINE OFFICE MANAGER cares to give me a call to discuss my "1 star" rating, have at it! Until then, we'll be filling in the masses of the level of BS I received today from an employee who ATTEMPTED to "make up new rules as she went along!" But, THIS IS the typical nonsense an out-of-touch entity gives EVERYONE TODAY in this 21st century! Customer service is HORRIBLE. I am on week 5 of waiting for a paper check in the mail. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I was also suppose to be contacted by the district manager and/or someone at the office once they did some “research”. What’s to research? I returned the contacts, and once it was complete, I was informed it would NOT be going back to my card, but instead in the mail... and they “weren’t sure” exactly how long it would take, probably 4 to 6 weeks.
