I’m really disappointed. I’ve been using the same location since before it became myeyedr. This year, I get a phone call at 4:45 pm the night before my 8 am appointment to reschedule due to a conflict. So I went to a different place for my exam because I took the day off work foe the appointment they cancelled last minute. So I figured I’d give them another chance and was let down yet again. Worst customer service experience ever. Was just trying to get my son glasses -we already had an RX. The employee was extremely rude and wouldn’t help us with making an appointment. Would not recommend.

Louisburg, NC. Last visit ever to this location. I’ve been a customer at this location prior to it being swallowed up by the My Eye Doctor franchise. I requested new lenses in existing frames which were previously purchased at this business just over a year ago. Simple request, right? Not even close. First I was asked if I had an appointment. I really like the staff at MyEyeDr in Stowe VT, however, I bought a pair of Tom Ford glasses today, and they came without their certificate of authenticity, and without their original box. The had their case and wipe, but not the box the case comes in. That's pretty unacceptable for frames that cost over $400, and over $600 with lenses before insurance. I've never heard of not getting the original certificate of authenticity/warranty card and original box for more high end glasses.
Wish Shaffer never sold out to this group. Terrible Customer Service. Blanket policies that don't protect the public from COVID, but instead risk the health of those with underlying health conditions. Wouldn't recommend going to this chain of eye care providers.

Doctor Bickel fishers, olio rd. Is incredible. So patient with my daughter. Even better with me. Being someone whose eyes are extra sensitive to light (basically every pre-test) my appts usually take longer. She was amazing through everything.

Harrisonburg, VA location could improve by making customer service a foundation to build your business upon. For a medical facility, they lack any form of bedside manner or compassion. You're in it for the almighty dollar and nothing else. You could improve customer service by teaching your team to actually LISTEN to what the customer wants. Might want to teach them about professional appearance, as well.

I was seen at the Aberdeen NC location. appointment went fine. Selected my frames after thorough discussion about "specials" and my desire for a back up pair. Sales associate appeared to understand my desires and placed my order for what I was led to believe was 2 pair of glasses. I was not presented a detail of my order .
