Takes forever for glasses to come in. I order a couple pairs over a month ago. The regular glasses came in but I am still waiting on my sunglasses. Called them again and they still say that it probably another week or more to get them. It should not take over a month to get a pair of sunglasses.

My regular eye doctor moved further away from me. So a friend told me that this place excepts my insurance! I was told when I came in that my insurance will cover it except maybe 15.00 on the contact lenses. Cool! I had my contact exam and my son had his eyes examined for glasses! The doctor was amazing and answered all my questions about my concerns with my son. We go to get him fitted for glasses and to order my contacts. I had a great experience at MyEyeDr in Elkton. Everyone was friendly and courtesy. They got me in quick and my glasses came in just a week.

if you are going to make us wear YOUR medical mask then your associates should not be touching with their bare hands. how is that helpful to me or anyone else. what if she has covid-19 and no one knows it?? she's still spreading her germs! get outta here w that!! Wouldn’t recommend!!! Ordered eye glasses in August 2020 at the Arrowood location in Charlotte, it’s now almost November and I have not heard anything as of yet.I call and no one ever answers the phone. They have gotten my money for the glasses, but I have yet to receive my eye glasses. Stay away from MY EYE DOCTOR!!!! I feel totally ripped off.

All employees were Very rude and my husband just got safety glasses and had 3 days and they are all scratched with no incidents to them and they say, “oh well” No Way are they true safety glasses! Never returning there!

Twice now, since they have changed from Allegheny Optical- they messed our glasses up and gave us excuses instead of fixing them. Their prices are already crazy high even with Optical Insurance- so we don’t have 478.00 to just kiss off a junk pair of glasses. We called and told them twice that the bifocal point was off.
