Philly's Best Kept Secret!! – This was our first visit to Ms. Tootsies...and we will definitely go again!! Food is always good, but service is disorganized. Never be in a hurry when having a meal here.
Avoid this place at all costs. Food may be good but certainly not worth an hour's wait.
Great stop for home food – We stopped in on Saturday about 5:30 after a long day trip to Jersey shore to explore the various towns. Had heard about Ms. Tootsie's Fried Chicken on Food Channel and being from South we were in the mood for comfort food. We were told it would be 60 minute wait so we sat at upstairs bar and had a few drinks. I was unable to use the Newbie Special when I checked in on Foursquare. Apparently once you check in they need a few days to process it. Doesn't really make sense to me. The service was mediocre

Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere. There are multiple levels! A great place to make an event and meet up with friends!
