The food is delicious! The staff was attentive and professional. The endless mimosas at Sunday brunch was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend for anyone living in Philly or just here for a visit. You will not regret this dining experience!!

Wonderful time on our couples date! The food was phenomenal and equally as important were the service and atmosphere. We will b returning again.

I took my mother the cook to Ms. Tootsies last night, no complaints from the critic. She loved the food especially her favorite,okra,corn & tomatoes. My sister the skeptic also stated she would love to come back. Service was great ALISA B
Ms Tootsie was recommended by a friend. My family was in town for a family reunion. We chose Ms Tootsie for a last night together dinner. It was a very good decision. The food was excellent and the service good with a wonderful atmosphere. We had a large group and was accommodated. It's was a perfect evening.
The atmosphere is awesome,the food delightful,and the servers attentive.
On a whim, my friend & I stopped in at Ms Tootsie Soul Food Cafe. It was one of the BEST choices we made. The service was superb, the food was even better. Looking forward to returning!
Last night I went to Ms. Tootsies with my friends and it definitely was worth going. The food was simply amazing. I had the Creamy Cheesy Mac & Cheese with lobster as one of my sides and the lobster chunks were so tender and tasty it just melted in my mouth. The Seafood Lover's delight was such a huge portion I am looking forward to reheating and having as my lunch today. If you are looking for collard greens with a kick & lots of flavor they have the best. I definitely will be back.
