Mr. Roof has excellent service and nice customer service reps. Always polite and informative. My third time using their service. I always asked for Technician Justin Diaz, he is always willing to help and very informative.

I bought the Thunder Guard shingles, And I'm very pleased with the way they look and the quality of them. The workers did a great job in 1 day with, removal, all the edging, and new roof.

Mr. Roof crew showed up 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and completed the whole job in one day even though while removing old roofing material they found the existing plywood sheets were unsafe and needed to be replaced. The project manager (Doug B**********)kept me updated on the problem and the extra cost estimates. The crew replaced the bad sheets (used less than initial estimated) and finished the new roofing installation in one day as promised. I had a leak around a skylight. Justin came and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered two skylights to replace the problem skylight and another one that was showing signs of going bad. Justin returned and replaced both skylights and the surrounding shingles. He cleaned up the mess and hauled everything off. The skylights look great. The leak has stopped and you can't tell that any works been done. It was great. Price was reasonable. Hi my name is ***** ********and Mr Roof put anew roof on 5 years ago in Jan. 2013. After all the rain we had last weekend I discovered I had a leak in my bathroom exhaust vent. I called and the next day on Sunday a young man by the name of Joey M*. came to my house and repaired the light roof leak. He advised me my warranty had expired 1/21/18. I dealt with able 17 yrs ago and they were horrible. I thought I would give them a another chance. I sighed them up on a new job a week before the job started they said they can't do it . These people are the worst never deal with them again.

A few weeks after signing the contract he called our office and spoke with our production department and was told his siding was still on order and had not been received yet.
